Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—to be eligible for a return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nbbtools.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Plaza Josep Roca Pons No. 2 Esc G 2-1, 08870, Sitges, Barcelona, Spain.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), made-to-order products (like custom orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Periods and Return Shipping Costs
1. 14-Day Legal Right of Withdrawal (Mandatory EU Regulation)
If the order is shipped to any country in the European Union, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason.
In the case of a voluntary return within these 14 days, provided there are no defects, damage, or incorrect shipments on our part, the direct costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product arrives defective, damaged, or if a different item than the one ordered is sent, all return shipping costs will be covered by our company.

2. Voluntary Extended Return Period of up to 30 Days (Our Store's Commercial Advantage)
In addition to the mandatory 14-day return period, we offer an extended return period of up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, only for unused products with their original packaging intact and all tags attached.
Returns requested between the 15th and 30th day after receiving the order follow the same shipping cost policy: if there are no product defects, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
This extended period does not modify or limit in any way the 14-day legal right of withdrawal recognized by European regulations.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and issue the refund.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity (3 years)

All our products have a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of receipt of the order, which

covers exclusively manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use—especially consumables
such as abrasive discs, cutting discs, drill bits, hole saws, milling cutters, and polishing pads—nor damage resulting from
misuse, overloading, impacts, accidents, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the instructions for
use.

Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
