NBB Vacuum Brazed (VB) diamond drill bits are professionally produced for dry or wet drilling on all types of ceramic, tile, especially porcelain stoneware, and other coating materials such as marble and granite. With the VB technology, the diamond drill bits can both dry or wet drill on hard ceramic and stones in high efficiency and longer life.

The NBB VB diamond drill bits with M14 thread connection can be used directly with a angle grinder. The recommended RPM for using will be 11,000RPM to 14,000RPM.

The average life of the drills depends, ALWAYS, on the type of material, its thickness and the correct cooling and use.

The overall length of the NBB VB diamond drill bits will be about 60mm with about 10mm diamond width.

The drilling depth can be about 35 mm.

The NBB VB diamond drill bits can be used to drill the necessary holes for water inlets, drains, light points, etc. Without damaging on the ceramic and stones.

The NBB VB diamond drill bits (diam.6mm to 14mm) has the special cold wax inside to insure appropriate dry drilling and stable performance.

The NBB VB diamond drill bits (diam. 20mm to 75 mm) have a lateral opening that improves the cooling of the bit and facilitates the elimination of solid waste after each drilling.
