Legal Guarantee of Conformity — 3 Years
In accordance with Spanish and European regulations for the sale of consumer goods, all our products have a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of receipt of the order.
This guarantee covers exclusively manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery.
The guarantee does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear. Our products are technical consumables: abrasive discs, cutting discs, drill bits, core bits, milling cutters, polishing pads, and other diamond tools wear down naturally during use. Loss of sharpness, reduction of the diamond segment, or product depletion resulting from normal use does NOT constitute a manufacturing defect.
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, overloading, impacts, accidents, or failure to follow the instructions for use.
- Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
How to claim the guarantee
If you detect a manufacturing defect upon receiving the item, please contact us. You must provide us with photographs or evidence of the defect. We will proceed, as appropriate under the law, to repair, replace the product or reduce the price.
