  • It is engineered to safely mount flap discs with a 22.23 mm (7/8") arbor onto your angle grinder.
  • How it works:
    It provides a clamping flange. The threaded hexagonal nut serves as a large-flange backing nut. It creates a wide flat surface to hold the flap disc evenly, preventing slipping and deformation during high-speed rotation.
  • Shank size adaptation: The flat washer (spacer) fills the gap between the disc’s large 22.23mm inner hole and the smaller M14 spindle thread of the angle grinder. It centers the disc and reduces vibration.
  • Secure Assembly: Together, the gaskets, hexagonal nut and washer lock the abrasive disc firmly onto the grinder spindle for grinding and sanding jobs.
